Kelly Osbourne supports #StopYulin

09 06 2016

Singer Kelly Osbourne is supporting Humane Society International's #StopYulin campaign to end the annual dog meat festival in China, and is photographed holding a knife over her dog Polly, stating 'that's not a festival, that's a massacre, that's a dog genocide'.

Osbourne commented 'The Yulin dog meat festival is one of the most sickening things in humanity. They take hundreds and thousands of dogs, puppies, all breeds, they don't feed them they don't give them water, they beat them to death and then eat them. And there is no reason other than some archaic tradition that nobody even makes sense of when you try to ask why they do it'.
